WOW! Those are HUGE augercast pile drills! Why is The BLOCK using augercast piles rather than driven piles? They cause minimal disturbance to the surrounding area and we definitely want to be friendly neighbors!

Happy Holidays to you & yours! We hope that you have had a joyous 2018 year.

We thank you for your patience as we met the requirements for the State of Hawaii and the City and County of Honolulu agencies. We are excited to inform you that The Block 803 Waimanu is estimating an official ground breaking date in early January 2019 with a revised estimated completion date within the first quarter of 2020.

Look for us to reach out to our Buyers in mid-2019 regarding the loan approval process. The Block 803 Sales Team will continue to keep you regularly updated via our project page here.

Hi all! We'd like to provide an update on The Block 803 Waimanu activity as we have now completed site remediation as well as demolition of the existing structure. Over the next 2 weeks we will be recycling the metal waste and the existing concrete slab on site. The sub surface work is forecast to commence in December & we will be sending through an updated timeline to everyone at that time.
