Exterior work is now complete on the Kim family’s 800 s.f. two-story ADU addition project at the rear of their property in Manoa. The first floor consisted of a new kitchen, living room, and a powder room while the second floor housed the new sleeping quarters with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Interior finish work is still ongoing and nearing completion this November.

Drafting Solutions assisted the Crail family with the design of their new two-story addition project which finished up this past September. A new 400 s.f. recreation room with a full bathroom was built above a new carport below. The existing main house was extended towards the rear of the property providing the homeowner with a spacious second story 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom addition with a full wet bar and new covered lanai below.

Drafting Solutions assisted the Furukawa family with the design of their new two-story addition project in the back of Palolo Valley earlier this year. The downstairs was comprised of a new living room, kitchen, and full bathroom while the second floor added two additional bedrooms, walk-in closets, and another half bathroom. Construction of this 1,400 s.f. two-story addition was completed in August.
