The day before Thanksgiving this boiler failed and needed to be replaced. Thankfully we were able to get it out and upgraded to a Rinnai high efficiency wall hung unit before turkey day.

Efficiency, ease of maintenance, amazing local support, great warranty, space savings, quietness, the list goes on- it makes upgrading to a unit like this a great investment and we sure love doing them.

We added this mini split system to this customer’s condo yesterday. We utilized a floor unit on the second floor due to the low vaulted ceilings and a traditional wall mounted unit on the first floor. These two heads will heat and cool the entire condo!
