Another awesome project wrapped up 🔥

This was a fun one to bring to life! By integrating a Pergolux powered pergola, the homeowners now have a comfortable shaded space they can enjoy in what was previously a full-sun backyard.

This project features:• Deckorators Voyage decking in Tundra• Dark Slate border with color-matched fascia• Tru-Scapes low voltage lighting integrated into all top caps and stair risers on the main deck• Pergolux powered pergola with remote-operated louvers and built-in lighting• double gas lines• 3 installed outlets

The ability to open and close the pergola louvers and control the lighting with the touch of a button really takes the space to another level.

This is also our 2nd and 3rd New Castle Steel frame projects of the year — a framing system we’ve been excited to continue offering for its strength, stability, and long-term durability.

Really happy with how this one came out!

The main deck is sitting on helical piles installed by Helical Piles of NH and Artie spreading crushed stone around the perimeter.
