I have to brag on this X factor subfloor by Huber. As you’ve probably seen the Zip system, green and brown sheathing we use on the exterior, advantech X factor is another premium material we used on this project. I’m sure everyone remembers the first half of this year when it seemed to rain, heavily, every day. So beyond the normal hard conditions of construction, the elements that this floor has seen have been extreme. Still, this floor is in as good of shape as if it hadn’t left a warehouse. I love to use products and this is why. No swelling, no flaking, just a flat, strong, and stiff subfloor ready for finished flooring!
