Due to so many estimates that don't have contracts, I will be charging a 45.00 estimate fee, to be deducted from contact when contract starts. Resulting in a free estimate

I am sorry to inform everyone that due to covid and the lack of work, I am being forced to close this company. I am no longer able to keep my insurance and all, with out having the contracts.
I want to thank the customers for the contracts that we were able to fulfill. I pray that things turn around but as of now I am sorry to inform that we will no longer be open.

Flat Rates to start on Jan 20, 2021. They will be as followed:

Carpentry work: 28.00 hr
Plumbing work: 30.00 hr
Electrical work: 45:00 hr
Roofing work 50.00 hr
Multi work load: 35.00 hr (combination of trades.

The above price list is a list of flat Rates. This list is made, with a 6 hr min work day. So if you are needing something done that will only take me 3 hrs, then I will still have to charge you for a 6 hr day.
If there is more work then I single handed can do and I am forced to hire a labor, all labor employee make 15.00 hr. Granted I can do a lot in my own, certain job task require help.
