It is with profound sadness that we bid farewell to a gift of an actor whose iconic voice and extraordinary talent will be deeply missed by all. James Earl Jones, a treasured resident of Dutchess County, has left an indelible mark on the world of entertainment and in the hearts of those who knew him.

Jones was among a rare group of select entertainers to achieve the prestigious EGOT status, having won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony. His illustrious career spanned over seven decades, during which he delivered unforgettable performances across film, television, and theater.

His iconic roles, particularly as the voice of Darth Vader in *Star Wars* and Mufasa in *The Lion King*, have become part of cinematic history, forever resonating with audiences around the globe. He graced the screen in beloved films such as *Field of Dreams*, *The Sandlot*, *The Hunt for Red October*, *The Great White Hope*, *Coming to America*, and *Conan the Barbarian*, showcasing a versatility and depth that few could rival.

Check out one of our latest projects! We were asked to clean out a one bed from apartment. We then offered a to do the remodel for our customer! We were able to gather ideas and prices to offer to our customer! Needless to say we got to work to transform this beautiful apartment into a beautiful updated home. We did everything from appliances to windows to trim work to painting to flooring to deglazing the shower to building a door and a custom closet for additional storage in the hallway! I couldn’t thank my customer for allowing us to do this project for her in a week turn around and I couldn’t thank my team for all the do for making Matt’s Junk Removal and Home Services what it is today!
