We love them porches, patios, and decks. Took this scary porch, got rid of the dry rot, and brought everything up to code. Now our client can enjoy the beautiful view of The Harbor without worrying about their family’s safety.

It all started with a little leak… unfortunately for our customer, that little leak, left to it’s own devices, turned into a major hazard. Not only had the subfloor underneath turned to mush, but we all know how sick mold can make you. Once we removed all the wet, rotted, moldy material, we got right to putting it back together. I love how the oak floors turned out!! I was nervous about choosing the right one with all the other oak in the house but it matches perfectly and looks like it’s always been there! We also had to get creative behind the new vanity because there was no way we were going to find the wallpapered drywall to match, but with bead-board, trim work and the right color blue it all came together.
