It's been some time since my last update. I'm pleased to share the progress of this kitchen renovation, which included removing the center storage closet and installing base cabinets for the open counter. The scope of work also encompassed a backsplash installation, vent fan, ceiling repairs, and a fresh coat of ceiling paint.

Recently wrapped up a farmhouse sunroom project that encompassed the installation of new windows, a door, and the reinforcement of the existing roof. Additionally, new beadboard and trim were added inside, while new trim and siding were installed on the exterior. Ready for for a nap in the sun.

Some before and after pictures of our latest shower remodel.

Floors had to be completely removed and reframed due to joist spacing. We installed Schluter System for the uncoupling membrane and waterproofing. Ditra heat (heated floors) was installed in the main floor area to keep things comfortable.

The shower with bench is now curbless for easy access and aging in place capabilities.
