I am already starting on my seed saving for next years garden. I typically add a silica gel packet to the box to help with moisture control. If you cannot find silica gel improvise by using a little dry powered milk to the bottom of the portion cup then add your seeds. It will work the same as the silica gel but double as a calcium booster for your seeds when you plant them.

I’ve been dehydrating herbs all week out of the garden. Today I’m working on a spaghetti and pizza sauce seasoning. I picked some fresh oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme. I also picked several onion tops to cut and store.
