Having moved from California to Colorado in 1993, I have had the opportunity to live in many of Colorado’s most beautiful places, including Boulder, Durango, Ridgway and now the North Fork Valley in Hotchkiss. Since my dad was a carpenter, it is in my blood to build homes and remodel.

For the last 25 years I have had the opportunity to build homes at some amazing home sites! I will continue to share photos of those homes, so stay tuned.

These photos are of a remodel I did in 2021 in Paonia. The owner of this home wanted to expand a space inside her barn to accommodate an office. She had recently purchased a home with a barn that was built in the 90’s and it was situated on a lot that made it difficult to add on to the structure. We were able convert an unfinished barn with a gravel floor, into an efficient multi-use living space! We added a dormer, window and sliding door to get more light. We also removed trusses and vaulted the ceiling. The owner was so pleased with the work, that we added a deck too!
