Please disregard any invoices from K & K Trash. Until we get all the reports etc. we need out of the invoicing program we’ve used we cannot delete it. For billing questions you’ll reach out to Woody’s. Please be patient with them as take all this on. Your trash WILL be picked up and they WILL be reaching out to speak with you about pick up and billing. Again… PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE.

As a family-owned entity, our values mirror K&K's, emphasizing exceptional customer service. Our long-term objectives are deeply personal, driven by our desire to establish a lasting legacy for our eight children. We presently provide services to over 8,000 households, employing a primary fleet of 8 trucks, supported by 3 backup trucks. 10% of our profits will be donated to the Jackson Journey Foundation, a charitable organization established in honor of my son Jackson, providing support to children with cancer in hospitals.

**ANNOUCEMENT**
As of today 11/12/24, we have sold K & K Trash Service to Woody and Sons Disposal. We appreciate your business and for sticking with us. We will be finishing our routes this week and Woody's will be taking over on Monday, 11/18/24. If you have any questions about your trash service, please reach out to Woody's at 573-664-1003.
Woody's is another small family-owned business, and we are confident that you all will be pleased with their service.

UPDATE: We are still running behind. Each day a route spills over into the next. Our guys are trying. We thank you for your patience as we know this is an inconvenience for everyone. We WILL have everyone picked up by Saturday.

Important Update from K And K Trash Service: Temporary Staffing and Equipment Challenges We wanted to take a moment to inform you about some current challenges we're facing at K And K Trash Service. Unfortunately, we are down three employees this week and have two trucks out of commission as of this evening. We understand that this may cause some delays in service, and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this time. The safety of our team and your property is our top priority, which is why we made the decision to shut down the truck that was in operation tonight due to hazardous conditions when pulling into driveways with our current setup. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve these issues and get back to our usual service standards.

To assist our team, please place your cans at the end of your driveway if possible. We will have two trucks and trailers in service tomorrow.
