Another one…

These are the rest of pictures from the work I completed for Russel and Linda.

*1000 sq ft basement finished with a 1/2 bath! From concrete walls and floor tranformed into a cozy getaway downstairs.

*Master Bedroom-Removed carpet and installed 400 sq ft of some beautiful hardwood. Custom closet system to come in the near future. Stay tuned.

Amazing transformation! ✨

Step out of the past and into modern luxury.

Linda had a vision of transforming this space into her dream primary bathroom, and I am so grateful that she chose me to bring this to life.

We started this project by opening the garage wall up and adding approximately 25 sq ft to the finished space. After a lengthy design process and consulting with Duane Martin Woodcraft and Finishing, who hand crafted the custom white oak cabinetry, we began to make this dream a reality.

Russell and Linda envisioned a large walk-in his/hers shower, a custom lighted make up vanity, ambient motion lighting, and a soaking tub while still being able to enjoy a spacious bathroom.

We checked all of the boxes and more, while ensuring expert craftsmanship, timeless design and a personal touch from the homeowners.

Lots of work has been put into this house. It started as a kitchen remodel. Knocking out a load bearing wall from dining room to kitchen. Removed 5 layers of flooring in the kitchen to then install new flooring to match the entire house. New plumbing throughout the entire house as well including gas lines. We are now waiting patiently on the most beautiful cabinets you can imagine. Stay tuned.

Before and after Pictures of this bathroom remodel. Removed original cast iron tub and tile surround and installed a handicap accessible walk in tile shower and new floor for some wonderful folks here in town. It was tricky to do so being that I ended up having to replace the entire subfloor in the bathroom without interrupting the existing subway tile on the walls. Another one in the books. “I am Construction “

Removed this 18’tall Cross 40’ in the air off of a church that has been there since 1968. It hasn’t worked in several years and became a liability as it was ready to come down on its own. Feels good to be able to save the church some money by doing what we do.
