Happy Sunday 🤍💜

This week is about crying, healing, growing, and letting God carry me through every change.

I was not abandoned. I was being redirected.
I was not lost. I was being returned to myself.

I’m giving myself grace, keeping my faith, and trusting God through it all. Amen.

This prayer was born from heartbreak.

Recently, I learned about a young woman who was allegedly assaulted by the man she loved while she was pregnant. Hearing that story shook me to my core. It became the inspiration behind the prayer I shared. When I first met her, something felt different. I couldn’t quite put words to it. She was passionate, and in many ways that passion felt familiar to me. We didn’t naturally connect, but looking back, I wish I had approached her with even gentleness and understanding.

Like many women who were raised around abusive men, I’ve had to confront an uncomfortable truth about myself: sometimes what is unhealthy can feel familiar. That familiarity can make it harder to recognize warning signs, especially when someone is skilled at hiding parts of themselves.

For a moment, I found myself wondering if there was something I could have done differently.
After praying, I found peace in this: we are not responsible for another person’s decision to abuse someone. We can love people, encourage people, and pray for people, but we cannot control the choices they make.
So instead of carrying guilt, I chose prayer.
I prayed that God would protect her.
I prayed He would strengthen her.
I prayed He would help her leave safely if that was possible.
I prayed she would remember that love should never require fear, violence, humiliation, or survival.
That prayer wasn’t written only for her.
It was written for every woman who has ever questioned whether she deserved better.

Today, July 4, 2026, I finally understand why the vision for The Screaming Klub has stayed with me for years.

It was never just about screaming.

It’s about giving women permission to release what they’ve been carrying.

It’s about education—understanding the psychology of abuse in all its forms.

It’s about building a sisterhood where no woman has to heal alone.

It’s about creating a village for women who have none.

As this community grows, my vision is to establish The Screaming Klub as a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women through connection, education, advocacy, and practical assistance.

Happy 4th 💙❤️✨ This July means something different for me.

This isn’t just Independence Day.

It’s the month I chose myself.

Less anger.
Less reacting.
More action.

I’m building my career, rebuilding my life, trusting God, and refusing to quit.

Freedom isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like boundaries.
Sometimes it looks like healing.
Sometimes it looks like starting over.

Here’s to discipline, faith, consistency, and becoming the woman I’ve been praying to become.

❤️🤍💙
My independence looks like peace.

Happy Sunday 🤍🍑🔥

This week is about bookings, sales, movement, and finally seeing the work I’ve been putting in begin to move.

Psalm 21 is inspiring me this week because I truly feel God moving through my life. I feel blessings coming in. I feel doors opening. I feel the foundation being laid — not just for a moment, but for the life I’m building next.

This week I’m standing in confidence, accepting my new life, and creating my new fate with God. Prayer has been helping me find peace in my decisions and reminding me that moving forward doesn’t mean the past never mattered. I can miss the good parts and still accept that I am done when the bad outweighed the good.

I’m learning to set boundaries early — or forever — and I’m grateful for every beautiful thing that happened last week because it kept me hopeful, alive, and reminded me how I deserve to be treated.

And even when I fall short — when I’m off with my health journey, my hair care, or miss moments I wanted to show up better — my intentions are still clear, honorable, and prayerful.

I am anointed. I am covered. I fear nothing.

God, show me how good it can get.
Show me how quickly things can change.
Let this week light a fire behind my words. Amen. 🔥

Heavenly Father, thank You for carrying me into another week and for allowing me to experience Mother’s Day with a heart that still wants to grow, heal, love, and lead my family well. Cover me as a mother. Help me honor myself without guilt, receive love from my children, and see the fruit of the woman I am becoming.

Lord, cover Mahagani as she goes to school each morning. Let our prayers before the bus become a peaceful routine that grounds her, protects her, and reminds her that she is never walking alone. Cover Herman as he graduates law school, and bless every family member traveling, gathering, and celebrating this week. Let things flow smoothly, peacefully, and in divine order.

Help me continue taking my health seriously, restoring my home, clearing space, preparing for summer, and laying the groundwork for the events You are calling me to build. Let my house come into Godly order — not through pressure, but through peace, discipline, and consistency.

Guide my words, my plans, my motherhood, my business, my home, and my spirit this week. Amen. 🤍

I finally made my big batch laundry detergent, and honestly… I don’t know why I wasn’t doing this sooner. 😭

I used 2 boxes of Zote laundry flakes, a big bag of Roma powder detergent, 2 small bags of Ariel powder detergent, grated a bar of Zote, added a large bag of Foca, scent booster beads, a box of baking powder, and I also added a box of Borax — I just didn’t record that part.

This batch has lasted my household of four all this time and I still haven’t run out yet. At this point, I’m thinking I’ll only have to make detergent maybe twice a year at the most. Simple, stocked, and one less thing I have to keep buying every other week. 🧺✨

Homemade-ish laundry detergent for the win. Motherhood, budgeting, and keeping this house together one little system at a time.

Happy Sunday 🤍✨

A few years ago, Jesus Calling had me in such a peaceful place. I read it daily, prayed with it, and even sent my family daily prayers because I felt so inspired.

This month, I want to open myself back up to that side of me again — more prayer, more scripture, more journaling, more peace, and more God.

May everyone who reads this be covered, strengthened, and guided this week. Set your intentions, write your Godly Goals, and let God order your steps. 🙏🏽
