We know it’s hard to ask for help sometimes and we all think we know all the things 😅 but just know when you stop in, there’s a few things we’re really good at:

🪴 Helping you pick plants that actually work for your space
🪴 Repotting your plants with soil mixes that help them thrive
🪴 Giving advice on plants you already own and may be struggling with
🪴 Helping you figure out future plants you’re thinking about bringing home

That’s what we’re here for 🌿

Bingo at Rodeo Goat was meant to be 🌤️🍔🍹

The clouds parted, the sun came out, and the burgers and cocktails were flowing all night long. Thank you to everyone who came out & congrats to the winners! y’all seriously made the night.

We’ve really enjoyed partnering with local brands to bring people together for these events, and this one was no exception. Huge shoutout to Rodeo Goat for hosting and to Saint Arnold Brewing Company for the pints & swag.

Until next time….

Cutting off dead leaves on your plants is basically the same thing as cutting bad vibes out of your life… right? ✂️🪴

But in all seriousness — here are a few tips on knowing when it’s time to prune dying or yellowing leaves:

🌿 If a leaf is more than 50% yellow or brown, it’s usually not coming back and can be removed.

🌿 Crispy, dry leaves can be trimmed away to help your plant focus energy on healthy new growth.

🌿 Soft yellow leaves can sometimes mean overwatering — don’t just remove the leaf, check the soil too.

🌿 Always use clean scissors or pruners to avoid spreading bacteria or pests.

🌿 When pruning, cut as close to the base of the leaf stem as possible without damaging the main plant.

Think of it less as punishment and more as maintenance. Healthy growth sometimes requires a little editing. 🌱

IP by day, planty mom by night. We absolutely loved being the fly on the wall for last night’s Mounting with Moss plant party with the boss babes at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP 🪴✨From moss wrapping to mount building, the creativity was flowing almost as fast as the conversations and bubbles. 🥂

There’s just something really fun about watching people leave work mode at the door and fully tap into creating with their hands. Huge thank you to the team for having us out and making the night such a good time. 💚

Teddy Bear Cholla Cactus bc apparently natures got jokes. Care ⬇️

☀️ Give it the hottest, brightest, most disrespectfully direct sunlight possible.
💧 Water it so rarely it starts wondering if you moved out.
🪨 Plant it in gritty, fast-draining soil.
🚫 Touching it is a terrible idea emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Basically: put it outside, ignore it completely, and let it thrive out of spite. 🌵
