I’ve been working with the Jackson family for the past two years. Their roof was destroyed during the hurricane, but their insurance carrier denied coverage for the damage.

I got them connected with a team of public adjusters we work with, and after two years of fighting for the claim and multiple trips out to tarp their roof, we finally got the call—the carrier acknowledged the damage and agreed to pay for their roof.

Sometimes roofs are quick, and sometimes they’re a process. Either way, having my homeowners’ backs and seeing it through is always my priority.

The River Plantation Roof Story

A homeowner in Conroe recently called us after a hailstorm damaged their roof. Their insurance company initially approved only a partial replacement. But how do you replace part of a roof and expect it to perform the way it should? That is not roofing the way It should be.

Howdy from College Station!

After these C-Stat homeowners were hit with hail, they called their favorite roof guys — Locked In Roofing. Once their claim was approved through Safeco, we installed a Tamko Titan in Weathered Wood to protect their home for years to come.

With impact resistance rated for hail up to 1.75” and wind resistance up to 160 mph, this roof is built to stand up to Texas weather.

The Condo on the Lake Project

For this Lake Conroe repair, our team addressed several key issues — repairing the bird block, replacing damaged decking, and installing drip edge where it was missing. Tile repairs can be tricky, but with the right knowledge and experience, they can be handled efficiently and done the right way.

The Leander Project

A TAMKO StormFighter Class 4 roofing system, installed by our team at Locked In Roofing.

What started back in November — identifying damage from a 2.5-inch hail storm that moved through in the spring — turned into a fully restored roofing system after approval through USAA. From the initial inspection to final installation, this project Is one we are proud of.
Now the transformation is complete with a brand-new TAMKO roofing system built to last.
