The Hart Project in Hunters Creek features an exquisite pool house, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, Bromic flush-mounted ceiling heaters, and an outdoor kitchen adorned with black leather-finished 3CM granite. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless outdoor-rated refrigerator, ceramic smoker, built-in Memphis pellet grill, vent hood, stainless trash drawer, and cabinets. The outdoor living space is elegantly illuminated by recessed gimbal lights, a chandelier, and two gas lanterns on the exterior columns. Both the interior and exterior showcase a brick finish with a light German schmear, complemented by custom-built pivoting louvered metal panels.
The roof boasts a black standing seam metal finish, accompanied by a matching custom chimney cap. Grey Versailles pattern flagstone, laid over concrete, graces the floors, adding a touch of sophistication to this remarkable space.
