Progress continues at Valar Atomics as the Fuel Building reaches a major milestone in Utah, bringing the Ward 250 Site one step closer to operation. In a project environment where precision, safety, and speed all move in parallel, seeing this portion of the campus come together so quickly is a reflection of the intense coordination driving every phase forward.

With the July criticality milestone approaching, the detail of ex*****on across the campus continue to highlight the level of planning, collaboration, and ex*****on required for mission-critical infrastructure of this scale and complexity.

As The Langston continues to evolve through the Design Development phase, the vision for this new garden-style multifamily community is beginning to take shape. Thoughtfully planned and designed to balance connection, comfort, and functionality, the development will feature a collection of residential buildings and amenity-focused spaces including a leasing office, resident lounge, fitness center, pool area, study spaces, and additional community gathering areas.

We’re excited to continue refining this design and look forward to sharing more as the project continues to progress.

We’re excited to share that Autobahn Fort Worth was recently featured in the Design, Develop, Construct Journal (DDC), spotlighting the vision, collaboration, and team behind this evolving automotive campus.

Designed to feel more like an experience-driven campus, the project brings together architecture, landscape, movement, and brand experience to shape an environment intended to be explored and experienced as a whole.

As construction continues progressing, groundwork and underground infrastructure remain underway across the site, with tilt-wall panels expected to begin going vertical soon. We’re proud to continue partnering with Autobahn Fort Worth as this one-of-a-kind development continues taking shape in Fort Worth.

Brand integration doesn’t always have to be loud to make an impact. Sometimes, the most memorable moments come from subtle details intentionally woven into the environment itself.

Throughout the Valar Atomics campus, branding has been thoughtfully incorporated into key architectural and operational elements, creating moments of identity within the larger mission-critical environment. From construction progress to specialized infrastructure components, these details help reinforce a cohesive project vision while adding another layer of meaning to the spaces and systems shaping the campus.

At Goree, we believe the strongest branded environments are the ones where identity is integrated with purpose, functionality, and the overall experience of the project itself.

Before a project ever takes shape in the built environment, it often begins with a sketch.

These early drawings are where ideas start to take form, exploring scale, massing, movement, and the overall vision for a space long before construction begins. For our team, sketching remains an important part of the design process, allowing concepts to evolve quickly through collaboration, creativity, and conversation.
