We joined our friends at BakerRisk for a Halloween costume contest and potluck, complete with plenty of tricks, treats, and some frighteningly good costumes!

We love a good scare, but when it comes to safety, the only surprises should be what's behind the mask!

A few Halloween safety reminders:

🎃 Keep jack-o'-lanterns away from decorations and costumes, and blow out candles before heading to bed.
🎃 Make sure walkways are clear of decorations and other tripping hazards.
🎃 Keep porch lights on and watch for little ghosts and goblins crossing the street.
🎃 Use flashlights or reflective accessories to help everyone stay visible after dark.

Fragment hazards can pose a serious threat to personnel and critical infrastructure.

Protection starts long before a SAFE™ enclosure arrives on site.

In Uvalde, Texas, Adrian Niño is helping complete welding inspections for a SAFE™ enclosure project currently underway.

SAFE™ enclosures are engineered to contain high-energy hazards, including pressure waves, high-velocity fragments, and energetic releases. Inspections by the FORTRESS team and third-party inspectors help ensure the work aligns with the project’s protective requirements.
