Eggplant's Services had a dirty, nasty, hard job and a deadline to complete, no problem. This property was destroyed by the renter. Complete junk removal and prep for remodel and rebuild was needed. The yard was a whole other story. Trees overgrown, grass overgrown, fence overgrown and the entire yard was completely littered with garbage. We were able to remove all junk and litter as well as handle the yard overgrowth in 23 hours over mother's day weekend. Next Sheetrock,trim and painting and everything else needed to remodel and rebuild the house followed by flooring. After all this the house should be right as rain.

I bet you wonder what EGGPLANT does in a day. Here's a peek. Today I demolished this exhaust chimney and hauled it away. I took the precious metal and recycled it adding $2.80 to my total. Then I took everything else to the Dixie farm road landfill where it cost $70 to properly dispose of the materials. One thing for sure, I sure love the view from my office. All that fresh TEXAS air and that big beautiful TEXAS sky!!!!
