Full roof reseal for a customer in League City. All too common builders will put the cheapest sealant they can on all exposed nail penetrations and it dry rots quicker than it should. This can lead to leaks before you’d ever expect them. I come out and give all roof penetrations a fresh seal on all nails, self-sealing screws on most penetrations, and a fresh coat of paint as well. Let us help extend the life of your roof 🙌👍

I do my best to accommodate those kind enough to bless me with trusting me with their home. That looks many different ways. Yesterday and today it is taking off all of the pergola roofing pre-roof build, and installing everything back where it goes post-roof build.
I enjoy working for my customers TRULY. And giving them peace of mind that I care about their homes, and am so grateful that they trusted me with something so dear to them.
