So, Upromise. I hadn't logged into my account for some time. I found I no longer have ANY "rewards" in the account (begun likely 17 years ago) and IF I wanted to, I'd need to start over.
Searching for answers, I called your posted 888-434-9111 support number; the voice operator referred me to three websites if I had questions. No operator.
We were part of your dining rewards program for years but we eat at home the majority of our meals; and the local restaurants we attend don't honor your service...or the lack there of.
On one of those websites, I read that if my account becomes INACTIVE, I would forfeit my rewards. Apparently I wasn't active enough.
What if I was a late bloomer and didn't have children yet--a child to whom I would assign my rewards for college?
So I ask, what happened to the $35, or $300, or $750 I accumulated in my account over the years?
Who promised? I no longer view Upromise as promising. Or sincere.
