He leads our Houston vertical residential projects, contributing exceptional 3D modeling capabilities and advanced technical insight to the team.

Originally from Georgia, Frank loves to cheer on of his hometown teams such as the Braves, Falcons, United, and Hawks. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their cats, playing soccer, and exploring new cuisines around the city!

KW is proud to have partnered with the Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) on a meaningful community project benefiting SA Youth! 🌱

This past Saturday, members of our San Antonio team joined forces with industry peers and community volunteers to bring the new Mindfulness Garden to life—a sensory-focused outdoor space designed to help students reflect, recharge, and connect with nature.

We’re especially proud that the garden’s design was created by our very own Design Executive, Michael Baez, who brought SA Youth’s vision to life featuring surrounding trees to buffer city noise, calming water elements, a meditation lawn, and planned areas for a basketball court and vegetable garden—all crafted to support emotional wellness and play.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community while living out our mission of bringing people outside. 💚

Brynn is an intern in our Houston office who’s been part of the team for the past few months while pursuing her Landscape Architecture degree at Texas A&M!

During her time with us, she’s learning a wide range of real-world project experience that’s expanding her understanding of the profession beyond the classroom. She’s excited to finish out the year with us before heading back to College Station to complete her degree.

Last week, KW was excited to join AIA San Antonio’s annual Clays & Q Cook-Off for the second year in a row! 🏆

Our team had fun getting together outside the office, connecting with friends from other firms, and cooking up some delicious food.
