This project explores a clean and modern composition, using layered materials and controlled lighting to create a welcoming commercial environment. The façade is defined by a mix of dark metal panels, warm wood tones, and light stucco, generating contrast while maintaining a cohesive language.
The presentation blends a realistic render with a conceptual architectural sketch, integrating the site plan into the sky to communicate both design intent and spatial organization in a single image.
