October is doing that thing where it’s still pumpkin everything, but your brain is already halfway to December.

Shortbread + Sage lives right in that in-between. Warm and buttery like something just came out of the oven, with sage keeping it grounded, so it feels cozy now and festive later. One candle, two seasons, no pumpkin-to-peppermint whiplash.

Saturday in the studio looks a lot more glamorous on slide one than it does on slide four. 😅

The pretty version: fresh labels, full racks, Shortbread + Sage and Velvet Spruce lined up and curing like they’re posing for something.

The real version: a printer that won’t quit, bubble wrap on every surface, and a box pile I’m choosing not to think about.

Every candle here is hand-poured, labeled, and packed by me in Houston, mess included. That corner will be clean by Monday….maybe

Maker’s fave for the Holiday Collection! I seriously loveeeeeeee the blend of woody and vanilla in this one. It’s such a cozy scent. Perfect for enjoying after the tree goes up, the kiddos are in bed, and the Christmas lights are twinkling 🎄

You asked, so here it is: my favorite from the Holiday Collection. 🌲

Velvet Spruce smells like walking in from the cold to a house that’s already warm. Crisp spruce on top, whipped vanilla in the middle, and smooth sandalwood underneath it all. Cozy, but not heavy.

It’s the one I’m lighting when the house finally goes quiet and I get ten minutes to myself. 😅

The holidays don’t arrive all at once. They show up in pieces.

The night the tree comes through the door, the afternoon the oven doesn’t turn off, the first night cold enough for a blanket, the party where everyone ends up in the kitchen….So we made a candle for each one. 🕯️
