This Memorial Day, Priority Protection honors the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice, those who did not make it home — and because of their courage, we enjoy the freedoms we have today.
Freedom isn’t free.

We also recognize and honor all who have served in the past and those who continue to serve today. Your dedication to protecting our nation is deeply appreciated.

We stand in gratitude and remembrance of those who gave everything for our country — and in respect for all who wear the uniform.

Honoring a Hero: Lt. Col. Harry T. Stewart Jr.

Today, we remember and honor the incredible legacy of Lt. Col. Harry T. Stewart Jr., one of the last surviving combat pilots of the legendary Tuskegee Airmen who passed away today at the age of 100. His passing marks the end of an era, but his courage, dedication, and trailblazing service will never be forgotten.

As a member of the 332nd Fighter Group in World War II, Lt. Col. Stewart defied the odds and shattered barriers, paving the way for future generations. His contributions not only helped secure victory but also played a crucial role in the desegregation of the U.S. Armed Forces and the advancement of civil rights.

During Black History Month, we reflect on the sacrifices and achievements of Black servicemen and women like Lt. Col. Stewart, whose bravery and resilience helped shape our nation’s history.

At Priority Protection, we are committed to upholding the values of honor, service, and equality that he and his fellow Tuskegee Airmen so proudly embodied.

Rest in peace, Lt. Col. Stewart. Your legacy will continue to inspire us all.

One of the last surviving combat pilots in the Tuskegee Airmen has died Sunday in Bloomfield Hills.

Celebrating Black History Month at Priority Protection

At Priority Protection, we honor Black History Month by recognizing the contributions, resilience, and achievements of Black individuals who have shaped history and continue to inspire change.

The security industry and society as a whole have been strengthened by the dedication of Black professionals who uphold safety, integrity, and excellence in their work. We take this time to celebrate their impact and reaffirm our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace and the communities we serve.

This month, we highlight two influential Black leaders who have paved the way for justice, innovation, and empowerment:

🔹 Thurgood Marshall (1908–1993) – A trailblazing legal mind and civil rights leader, Marshall was the first Black Supreme Court Justice in U.S. history. As an attorney, he successfully argued Brown v. Board of Education (1954), the landmark case that ended racial segregation in public schools. His lifelong commitment to justice and equality left an indelible mark on American law and civil rights.

🔹 Madam C.J. Walker (1867–1919) – An entrepreneur and philanthropist, Walker became the first self-made female millionaire in America. She built a beauty empire that created economic opportunities for Black women and used her success to support civil rights causes, educational scholarships, and community development. Her legacy continues to inspire generations of business leaders and changemakers.

This month, we encourage our team and community to reflect, learn, and engage in meaningful conversations that support progress and unity.
