Rising in Houston: "The Vic on Park Row" - the latest in our series of "Vic" collaborations with Hunington Properties. - is swiftly taking form! Still under construction, this 382-unit community boasts 4 stories and a 5-level garage, on a density of 47.50 units per acre. Residents will enjoy a clubhouse, variety of open floor plans, including 1- and 2-bedroom options and efficient micro units. Our design showcases a modern palette of warm neutral tones complemented by brick and stucco exterior. We’ve also incorporated thoughtful details like expansive windows, large private balconies, along with a host of sustainable features to enhance the living experience. We are excited to see the project continue to come to life!

Introducing 'Territory 2920' in Spring, TX. Currently under construction, this community is set across 25.26 acres. It comprises a clubhouse and eight 3-story buildings, each offering open floor plans for one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Embracing a modern design, the buildings showcase textured Slate Gray Velour brickwork beside stucco, siding, and hardi panels in neutral shades of gray and white. Large windows and open balconies have been integrated, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the living spaces.
