A Day in the Life with Chef Haelee ✨

A curated 4-course experience by Haelee’s Tayble

From early prep, days of prepping, to final plating, to service coordination. Every detail is intentional, every bite designed to feel like more than just a meal.

This April, in honor of National Jazz Month, The Good Company Supper Club presents an immersive dining experience curated by Haelee’s Tayble. A 4-course menu will unfold throughout the evening, each dish inspired by the depth, improvisation, and storytelling that defines jazz.

Hosted by Anderson Center for the Arts , this experience goes beyond dining it is a celebration of culture, creativity, and community. Guests will move through an evening layered with flavor, sound, and artistic expression, where each course pairs seamlessly with the ambiance.

An elevated gathering designed for those who appreciate intentional cuisine, meaningful moments, and the beauty of shared experiences.

Chef Celeste

Our Dallas, TX based chef and the operator behind the scenes of Haelee’s Tayble.

Haelee and I have been best friends since we were 12, and our love for food and hospitality started long before we ever imagined it would turn into something like this.

While Haelee leads the culinary creativity, my background in operations and executive support across healthcare, tech, and media helps bring the structure behind the scenes planning, logistics, and the systems that allow our events and catering experiences to run smoothly. We truly balance each other out. The yin to the yang.

I’m also a self-taught chef with aspirations of attending culinary school as we continue growing Haelee’s Tayble.

20 years later, to now be cooking, hosting, and serving together feels nothing short of God’s orchestration.

It’s time for a Re-Introduction✨

Meet Chef Haelee Taylor-Bibbs

Born in Tyler, Texas and raised in Plano/Dallas, TX Chef Haelee was inspired early on by a family rooted in passion, purpose, and perseverance. Encouraged by her parents to chase her dreams, Haelee discovered her love for cooking through the powerful influence of her grandmothers Granny Lulu, Granny Kay, Grammie Lee, and Granny McGee each of whom poured love, tradition, and excellence into every dish they created.

Those early lessons shaped Haelee’s signature approach to cooking: soulful, intuitive, and deeply personal. Known for her ability to cook without measuring, she relies on instinct, experience, and passion to craft unforgettable meals. Though she did not attend culinary school, her expertise has been developed through hands-on experience and a relentless dedication to her craft.

As the founder of Haelee’s Tayble, Chef Haelee has always envisioned creating more than just meals. She creates experiences. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: every client should feel as though they are sitting at her very own table, enjoying thoughtfully prepared dishes made with intention, care, and love.

One bit of encouragement she’s like to share, ALL things are possible and dreams really do come true. Since a child she’s always wanted to be a chef. What a privilege and honor it is to fulfil God’s purpose for her in life. She owes it all to him.

for their Annual Black Excellence & Art Cocktail Event ✨

An unforgettable evening celebrating culture, creativity, and community where we had the honor of curating a menu that paid homage to Houston’s Rodeo Season while staying rooted in the elevated, intentional flavors of Haelee’s Tayble.

We were also featured on during Black History Month, sharing the inspiration behind our dishes and the story behind the brand such a full circle moment 🤍
