The assignment: Design, create + host your son + his beloved’s Rehearsal Dinner

The bride (SËK) + her graphic designer () handed me the suite of whimsical icons from the wedding invitation as my design brief… + one detail immediately captured my imagination—the SWANS. 🦢

Inspired by the sculptures in Savannah’s Forsyth Park iconic fountain, I let them swim + float overhead all evening in the green conservatory Hotel Bardo.

After all, swans mate for life, making them the perfect symbol for a celebration on the eve of forevermore!

Such a fun + inspiring evening celebrating alongside so many INCREDIBLY talented designers and creatives.
