We are a remodeling company looking for a new part-time team member for our office in Pinehurst, TX. We are looking for someone who can multitask, is detail-oriented and has a positive attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Must have accounting and QuickBooks experience.

Job Duties:

-Check and send out emails

-Answer phone calls

-Set up appointments

-Purchase job materials

-Keep QuickBooks banking updated

-Handle payments

-Create Estimates

-Send out customer invoices

-Calculate commissions





Hourly: $16/17 per hour – part time in Pinehurst, TX
