With a large space and high ceilings, the challenge is making it feel like somewhere you actually want to sit and stay a while. Here’s how our designers made this clubhouse feel like home 🤍
The wood soffit was designed to ground the leasing area, giving such a large open space a defined place to land. Four oversized matte black pendants hang from it at just the right drop, dramatic without being heavy.
Behind the desk, a floor-to-ceiling textured tile wall adds depth and movement without competing with anything else in the room. The custom linen curtains soften the natural light coming in from the windows. And then the floors, a cream herringbone tile that pulls every warm tone in the space together and gives it that residential feel even at this scale.
This is what intentional multifamily design looks like ✨
