Red Lip Designs creates custom, handmade wreaths and other home decor accessories -- in a variety of styles utilizing different techniques -- that are one-of-a-kind and designed to your specifications. Effective January 1, 2015, all custom and pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the estimated cost or $50 (whichever is greater) before work can commence with the remainder due upon del

ivery. For orders that require shipping, remainder must be paid in full prior to shipment. Sales tax and shipping will be charged as applicable. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
