Sub Contractor Compensation:
Split Percentage of Contract

Looking for Sub Contractor/ Team (s) must have Vehicle and ALL Painting Tools. (small ladder, masker, frames, sprayer, extension pole, brushes, caulking gun, sander, buckets, etc.) We are a small company, we like to keep our crews busy, all of our jobs have limited, must be t willing to meet them, WORK HARD, BE ON TIME TO WORK (8am), and must follow Brand standard Policies. If this is not you, please do not contact. Commercial and Residential, Interior and Exterior.

Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Job duties include but not limited to:
Answer, direct and take messages for all incoming calls and emails
Set appointments for estimator and log all appointments into calendar using Outlook
Respond to internet request
Create and maintain customer, vendor and subcontractor files (hard and computer files)
Follow up with customers, co-workers and vendors
Data entry
Bill pay

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in an office environment using Word, Outlook, and Excel
Spanish (Preferred)
Punctuality
Knowledge of Construction (Preferred)
QuickBooks knowledge (Preferred)

Kid Room Makeover!

Friends and Family its time again to look for a Special Family that is in need of our help! At the moment we would like to select one family this month we could help Re-Design a kid(s) bedroom!

As always:
Our goal is to transform their current room by working with pieces they may have and integrate furniture pieces, décor, and materials to bring their room back to life! We believe that all kids are deserving of a special room and that by having it, it can help them overcome self esteem and other challenges they may be facing.
