Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
Utilize forklifts for material handling within the warehouse or factory setting.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the production process.
Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate assembly line machinery.
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and forklift operation is highly desirable.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on achieving production goals.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in all tasks performed.
