Wow! We are so excited to show you photos of this spectacular home that we just finished. This was a very fun project and to say that we are happy with how it turned out would be a huge understatement! It is impossible to choose a favorite feature in this amazing home, but the floating staircase, incredible Kitchen, huge Master shower, beautiful Master closet and large windows are definitely at the top of our list.

We broke ground on this project in February and the homeowners were able to move in last week. Just in time to enjoy the holidays in their beautiful new home.🎄

Here is a quick update on our latest project. This home is going to be spectacular. To say that it has a street presence would be a big understatement. The main floor takes the open floor plan concept to another level. This is thanks to a huge 35' long steel beam. We can't wait to see the amazing view from the Master Bedroom after the three large Pella windows get installed. This home will also have a free floating staircase, an amazing Master shower and and a walk in closet that is larger than some bedrooms.

Here are some photos of our project in Suttons Bay. Mother Nature has been fighting us on this one ever since the lumber showed up on site. We have persevered and are now ready to begin hanging drywall. The drone didn't like the single digit temps or wind yesterday, but still captured a nice view of the bay.

This home and matching detached garage turned out amazing! There are quite a few things that make this home special. A few of our favorites are the enclosed front porch with shiplap walls and a natural pine ceiling, the screened in rear porch, the luxury vinyl plank stairway, the tile shower and the leathered venetian cream kitchen countertops. The homeowners received their keys this morning and we know that their family will make many great memories in this beautiful home.
