We hope everyone has had a great summer! It was hot and went by way to fast! We will be re-opening the garden center on Friday September 18th. We will be open on Friday's and Saturday's from 9-2. We will go back to appointments sometime in November. We look forward to seeing you!

We are having a sale this Friday and Saturday! Our plants need to be in the ground or pruned soon, so they are 20% off.

June 20th will be the last day our garden center will be open on Friday and Saturday's for the summer. It is getting hotter and we also have to start gearing up for our magnolia propagation.

You will still be able to buy plants, you just need to contact me ahead of time so we can schedule someone to be there.

The crape myrtles are blooming now and look beautiful! In case you didn't know, our trees are available to buy for retail in the garden center. We have some in smaller sizes, as well as the larger ones you see on your way in to the nursery.

We are getting close to winding down for the season. It looks like we will be open through June 20th, and then it will be by appointment.

ly Dutchman's pipe, is a native plant that is a larval host for pipevine and polydamas swallowtail butterflies. It is a vine that prefers partial shade to sun. This plant is hard to find in our area. We have them in 1 and 3 gallon pots.

Chaste tree or vitex, is a shrub or small tree that blooms late spring through fall. It should be planted in full sun to partial shade, and can grow 10-15 feet tall and 15-20 feet wide. We have seen many butterflies, bees and hummingbirds in our Chaste tree.
