As round 3 is starting we want to ensure you’re getting treated at the correct time! If you haven’t paid for treatment 1 and 2 your account is on credit hold! Which means you don’t show up on our map to get treated until the balance is paid. You can make your payments online at www.pristineturfandpest.com, Mail in a check or call 937-581-7999 and pay over the phone!

We will be starting grub control in June! A nice lawn is great until it’s not because of grubs! We want to prevent any grub damage from happening this Summer so that’s why grub control is very important to have! If we’re delayed putting grub control down because you’re on credit hold, then there is a possibility that it won’t be put down at the proper time and grubs could cause damage!

We do it a little different around here! Believe it or not, we have never been a big cold calling company trying to force sales! We don’t have a script we follow, just a lot of faith! Round 2 has started!! Anyone who was treated before 3/23/26 it was not warm enough for w**d control to be effective so a few w**ds might have germinated! This round will take care of any w**ds you might see! We will be putting down a pre-emergent again to create a stronger barrier for the summer w**ds, fertilizer and w**d control this round! With cooler mornings please allow 7-10 days for w**ds to start browning!! The warmer it gets the faster the w**d control activates!

We have also started our pest control!! Flea and tick, perimeter pest, mosquito and more!!

I’m sure you’ve all noticed those pesky w**ds starting to pop up!!

For our current customers: If you’re already in our program but haven’t been treated yet, don’t worry!! We haven’t forgotten about you. Recent rain, wind, and other inclement weather have caused some delays, but we still have about 2 weeks remaining pending weather for Round 1 applications.

Round 1 includes:
• Pre-emergent to help prevent summer annual w**ds
• Broadleaf w**d control to eliminate existing w**ds
• Balanced fertilizer with micronutrients to nourish your lawn and improve product effectiveness

Happy Monday!

1. The season has started! We will call you the day before we are set to come out!! If we treated your lawn last year your account automatically renews unless you call to cancel!

2. Please remember that round one is about a month and a half long!!

3. It’s not too late to prepay! We have received a lot of emails about this! We understand during down season it’s easy to forget! We will extend prepayments until the end of this month for your discount!

4. The only reason we will NOT come out is if you’re on credit hold from last year! Please text or call 937-581-7999 if you’re unsure!

5. We sent out letters in December!! If for some reason you didn’t receive one and still would like one, please contact us! This is an automatic system and there is no possible way for us to ensure every single letter was sent out unfortunately! This does NOT mean you’re not getting treated! We apologize about the inconvenience this may cause! We truly care about every single customer and want to provide the best customer service and be very transparent!

6. Lastly, we’re always accepting new customers for fertilization/ w**d control and exterior pest control! We have three trucks running which means we’re able to take on more customers!
