If you are a painting contractor, roofing contractor, or ANY contractor in the NY/Tri-State area, watch this video and stay far away from this lady and this job.

Do NOT let her guilt-trip you into thinking she’s broke or doesn’t have the money. It’s a total act. She literally owns a podcast studio on 5th Avenue in Manhattan and lives out in Long Island.

Here is her playbook:
1. She cries broke to get you to lower your normal prices.
2. She tries to lock you into doing the entire job based only on a tiny deposit.
3. If you refuse to work for next to nothing, she threatens to blast you all over the internet, flip the script, and claim you scammed her.

Learn from my nightmare experience. Do not take the bait, do not feel sorry for her, and stay the f* away.
