I would like to highlight that scent can be overlooked. We get accustomed to our own house smell and don't even realize if there's an unpleasant odor.👃

How many times have you gone somewhere and it smells like cats boxes, moth balls, old and musty, or an overpowering smell of vanilla or perfume.
Any of those examples could leave a bad first impression when you have a potential buyer viewing your home. 🏠

Possible solutions could be opening some windows up, get fresh air in. Rip up old musty carpet or professionally get your house deep cleaned. 🧹
