We just wrapped up this 30' x 40' custom garage, divided into an office and workshop! The owners' will be comfortable year round- the office has its own heat/ac, while the workshop has a gas furnace. There is ample storage in the attic space as well! Exterior finishes include Andersen Windows, LP Smartside siding and trim, and AZEK stairs and landing.
