One project we currently have in the works is for an historic 1894 Queen Anne home in New Richmond, WI, which is on the National Register of Historic places.
The small kitchen wasn't working for their growing family, so we expanded it by enclosing a porch to create a pantry
space and changing area, as well as adding an attached, two-story garage. We carefully designed the new garage to fit with
the character of the original house. The images shown are architectural model renderings.

One of our latest project in the works is Chimborazo, an Ecuadorian restaurant in the Twin Cities.

The owners are relocating their NE Minneapolis restaurant to a larger space –a former union hall, with plans to include a bar and event space, as well as a rooftop bar and patio.

We have enjoyed working with them, and assisting with their new endeavor.
