Removed and replace 21 tiles that had popped and "tee-pee'd".

•Carefully remove tiles
•Scarify floor (back to smooth surface)
•Grind mortar off of tiles (customer did not have extra tiles to use as replacements)
•Set tiles and grout

Shower gut and rebuild...2/8/2019-2/10/2019

This customer is selling this home. The shower walls were badly deteriorated and soft. Presented with a couple options, they chose the most cost-effective option since the home is actively on the market.

We demoed to existing walls to the studs and assessed. The studs were still in good condition. We put up new wall board and tiled. The custome went with a very basic 4" × 4" white sqare tile. And as usual, we offered them a transferrable warranty.

Today's job:Removed and replaced 18 floor tiles.
