Huge face lift to this lake house! new facia, new dormer over the front door to add some character to back side of the home. New soffits and gable end siding. Dormers are faced with founders vinyl shake siding, shingles are atlas storm master shingles backed with the pro warranty.

A job we finished back in March, double layer shingle with wood shake tear off and resheet. Look brand new for 30 years. When you purchase the pro warranty system it comes with a ridge cap that’s imbedded with a large amount of copper and zinc. The rains runs off the ridge cap and down the shingles which also have copper and zinc in them. But the ridge cap is what keeps that roof from ever streaking, growing moss or that dreaded black mildew that shows up 10years down the road on a standard shingle. Atlas is the only company with this patented technology and if it fail they will pay to clean the roof if it comes back they will pay to replace. We now offer bee removal with our home repair services!!! You got a bee problem!!??? We will capture and transport as many of the honey bees we can, with the nest away from the home so they do not try to make a new nest. We then will find a local bee keeper to re home the hive. We then can repair the home and seal it from inside out to stop future bee problems. Saved the bee’s and your home all in one shot. We can also remove hornets and wasp.

It’s been a Busy start to the year we finished this last week. We installed Atlas storm master shingles, black shadow with black drip edge, which really changed the look at the house. This customer also went with the Atlas pro warranty. Which is 20years of full manufacture warranty, followed by 30 years of prorated manufacturer warranty.Thats a total of 50years of warranty!!! Included is the lifetime algae and streak warranty which keeps the roof looking new for the entire life of the roof. Then we back that up with a 15year labor warranty to ensure quality of craftsmanship.
