Improper installation caused the brick skirting to stain. The gutters where cleaned out, the downspout disassembled, cleaned, properly sealed together and screwed back in.

384 lbs of pine needles and leaves removed from this roof!!!
The amount of moisture damage and bugs attracted to your roof when your gutters are clogged is enough to take pause and consider routine maintenance. I swear I heard an audible sigh of relief from this house.

This customer reached out to me with an idea and measurements to replace door trim with larger 3/4 x 4-inch boards with tee nuts installed so they can securely fasten a watertight barrier in front of a ground floor elevator door.

A clean AC system runs more efficiently and doesn’t have to work as hard to cool your home. It’s recommended to clean your AC coils at least once a year for homes and 2-3 times a year for motorhomes and RVs. Make sure your unit—whether it’s for a home, trailer, or motorhome—has plenty of clearance around it (ideally 2–3 feet) to allow proper airflow.
