Hey everyone, This business was supposed to get me through getting my appraisal license. It did that and more! Now I’m so busy working on appraisals I don’t have the time to detail myself. I would like to sell the business and page for $4,000. It comes with a lot of work, all of my equipment/product, and you can start the next day which is one of the biggest hurdles in starting a business. I still receive messages daily requesting details!
Also… I have no intentions of giving this away, so if no one wants it I’m looking to hire a hand. Pay will be 50% of each car you do and I can help teach you what I’ve learned because I now work from home, but I won’t be available 24/7 beyond a certain point, so self sufficiency is key.
