U.S. Open Golf Champion Dustin Johnson Buys a $14 Million Waterfront Home in Jupiter with Exclusive Golf Course Access. 🏠🏌️ Photos in Comments. 2016 PGA Player of the Year Dustin Johnson purchased a mansion in Jupiter for $14 million, seven months after selling his Palm Beach Gardens property. The two-time Majors winner acquired the house in Jupiter’s Admirals Cove neighborhood from William and Marcia Ulm, founders of MLU Services, a project management and consultancy firm based in Athens, Georgia. The Ulms had previously bought the house for $12.7 million. Built in 1999 and completely renovated in 2020, the 10,134-square-foot home features five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The backyard’s amenities include a Euro-edge infinity pool, a fire pit, and a summer kitchen. The property also provides exclusive access to Admirals Cove amenities, which include a country club, a 45-hole golf course, restaurants, and a marina.

The colossal real estate move saw the iconic music duo pick up a Tadao Ando designed home for a price tag that is reportedly the highest ever paid for a home in California. The home was initially commissioned by soap opera legends Bill and Maria Bell, which the former duo bought out. It took 15 years to plan and build the home, and is in Brutalist style with bare concrete walls and sharp angles. The real listed price for the home was closer to $300 million initially, but even the actual price tag of $200 million is insane when you find out that the Bells only paid $14.6 million to commission and build it.
