Had the not so privilege of doing some subcontract work for one of these local slimeball contractors our many customers have warned us about. We are so appreciative of our customers and your referrals. The majority of our business comes from repeat customers and your referrals. Do your homework before trusting your home to a stranger. Talk to friends, family, neighbors etc. Get a contract that outlines the work to be done, payment schedules and timeline, as well as what your responsibilities are, if any. There are reputable contractors out there but unfortunately we hear more horror stories than successes.
