What started as a small operation has grown into a team of over 30 dedicated employees—and we couldn’t be more grateful.

For 17 years, we’ve been proud to serve the Humboldt community and surrounding areas, building relationships and delivering the service you can count on every day.

A special congratulations to Mitch for his leadership, vision, and dedication in building North Central Iowa Service and Ace Hardware into what they are today—we’re proud to be part of it!

🎉MEET THE TEAM MONDAY🎉

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Noah — one of our awesome plumbers here at NCIS! For over two years, he’s been a go-to helping hand, keeping things running smoothly (and yes, flowing properly 😄). Noah specializes in residential work and has become a familiar, trusted face to many of our customers.

Pictured here with his fiancé, Makenna, and their son. Noah brings great skills and a positive attitude to every job. We're truly thankful to have Noah on our team - his dedication, experience, and motivation does not go unnoticed!

Get to know Noah -
Q: What made you want to go into plumbing?
A: Devin, but it all honestly it sounded fun! I like running equipment, laying pipe in the ground, and being able to help people all at the same time. Also, knowing you're doing something different every day is nice!

Q: Favorite memory of favorite thing about working at NCIS?
A: Probably the time when Devin got blown backwards from a water heater exploding or when I rode an extension ladder all the way down that had kicked out on me.

Q: What advice would you give to someone going into the plumbing field?
A: Always remember, payday smells a lot better than the job!
