The last big project for the year! The owner had their basement take on water and wreck it many years back They moved forward with having it waterproofed and had weeping tile and a pump installed Now that it has been dry for a while they decided to move forward with having it remodeled They had a inspiration photo of what they were looking for This is what was delivered Open painted ceilings and lvp flooring and some black wafer lights to brighten things up 2 seperate lighting zones with dimmers and seperate lighting for the laundry area Laundry will be much more pleasant now Feel free to reach out to get an estimate for the coming year and redo that basement,bathroom, kitchen or any other project you have in mind. Here's a recent job just completed. The homeowner wanted to add a small stackable laundry unit and a half bath to the first floor of their home. As we all age stairs can become an issue and having laundry in the basement and a bathroom on the second floor means you are constantly going up and down the stairs. The space was small, but just big enough to fit the minimum allowable size bath and still squeeze in a stackable unit. Very careful measurements and pre planning allowed the unit to be fit in with about 1/2 inch to spare. 0 room for error on this one. A pocket door was a big help with gaining a bit more room and a great plumber to fix multiple plumbing issues on top of adding the rough ins for all the new add ons. Thanks to Nimon Plumbing LLC for fixing this customers issues and getting the new bath/laundry done.

Here’s a quickie bathroom refresh we just finished up. These are a great way to keep your bathroom but make it nicer and a bit more up to date especially when you aren’t ready to lay out the money for a complete gut and remodel. These are great to get you through a few years or to just freshen things up a bit. The tooth brush holders were removed and replaced with regular tiles and then the whole room was sprayed by a company that “re glazes” tile. We added an exhaust vent and installed a floating floor/trim/ and finished it off with paint,toilet and vanity. We do full gut remodeling and we do smaller jobs like this as well. Here’s a little basement job that was completed. The old drop ceiling was pulled out and the ceiling was drywalled. We added new recessed lights and installed lvp floors along with new baseboard trim. We topped it all off with some fresh paint to brighten things up. The owners opted to leave the paneling for budgeting reasons and after some primer and paint the walls turned out great. We do work to fit all budgets. Need an estimate? Another shed repair. We ripped all the old t1-11 and replaced it with new duratemp and built a new door. Painted the old hinges to spruce them up and added a new latch. This should give the old shed a bunch of years to come.
