Water leak from large crack in stucco. Leaking In Under framing and through drywall.
Water rotted frame 2x4's
Termite damaged 2x4's

First we opened the drywall on the inside to identify exactly where the water was coming in from. Once we located the leak we started work on the outside.
Outside
We opened up the crack on the outside.
We cut out 4 inches of stucco and cement backing all the way to studs.
We then, sealed the inside of the crack with waterproof sealant caulking. Then fill the void with mortar. We then stucco Patched the area to blend the stucco into the existing wall.
Stucco was Primed and painted with 2 coats .
We also sanded and sealed the fascia board above, to ensure no more water would leak.

Next
once the exterior wall was sealed, we ran a water test from the roof for 20 minutes. Running water down the roof and down the side of the wall.
Success!!
No water was leaking inside.

Finally
We replaced all of the damaged 2x4's in the inside of the wall. 70 ft of 2x4.
We replaced some of the weather proof paper as well that was damaged.
We also sealed the inside of the wall and joints with more sealant and weather proof tape for a more added insurance.
We replaced all of the insulation and then installed the new drywall.
Taped and mudded drywall and floated mud to even out wall. Once the wall was mudded and smooth we reTextured the drywall and Blended the knockdown texture to Match. All joints were caulked. Texture was Primed 1 coat and painted 2 coats Of finish paint. Cleaned up all trash and debris.
